Overview Roanoke Cement Company, a Titan America business, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Jr. Process Engineer to join our team at the Roanoke Cement Plant in Troutville, Virginia. This salary-exempt developmental role will support cement production operations from the clinker silos through finish grinding, packaging, and shipping via truck and rail loadout. The Jr. Process Engineer will assist in monitoring and improving process performance, supporting production planning, and ensuring that operations meet safety, quality, environmental, and cost objectives. The position provides an excellent opportunity for early-career engineers to develop expertise in cement manufacturing processes, process optimization, and industrial operations within a heavy manufacturing environment.
