Strive Community Care provides therapeutic home environments for children and young people with histories of complex trauma, abuse and neglect. We utilise a strong Therapeutic Framework and unique CREATE Model of Care with a focus on establishing holistic safety. Children and young people are provided with a sense of family, support to heal, opportunity to positively connect with others, and rebuild their lives. As we are growing as an organisation, we are now looking for a Senior Therapeutic Care Worker in the Logan Region to play a key role in supporting children and young persons in their healing journey through providing care in therapeutic homes. This is a Part-Time Role working 60 hours per fortnight, with additional hours available. These positions are required to work across 24/7 rotating rostered shifts, including sleepovers, weekends, and public holidays.
