Job Description Summary The Service Account Manager is responsible for driving service revenue growth and system upgrade sales across a portfolio of large corporate healthcare customers. This role owns the commercial management of service contracts, executive level relationships, and long term account profitability. Success in this role requires strong commercial judgement, confidence engaging with C suite leaders and procurement stakeholders, and the ability to position service led upgrade solutions that align financial value, risk mitigation, and lifecycle optimisation.
