Reporting into the Business Area Manager (Plant Manager), your role as the Production Line Manager is a key manufacturing role. You will manage a specific production line(s), e.g. Twirl, Flake, Dairy Milk or Boost lines and manage a team of production operatives and maintenance technicians within the Coolock factory. Through your team, you will be responsible for delivering all the business metrics across people, process, machines, and materials. You will lead continuous improvements efforts and Lean methodology in your area, supported by continuous improvement and engineering teams.
