Bilingual Fleet Maintenance Coordinator (Hybrid)

Job description

Schedule: Monday to Friday: 5:00am - 1:00pm (Hybrid) The Bilingual Fleet Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and executing maintenance and repair activities for fleet assets, ensuring compliance, minimizing downtime, and supporting operational needs. This role manages preventive maintenance schedules, work orders, and vendor relationships while maintaining accurate records in the Fleet Management System (Ultimo and/or Truckmate). A critical aspect of this role is providing approved purchase orders to vendors before maintenance or repair work begins, based on validated estimates, and monitoring estimate-to-actual variance to control costs. Success requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors in a fast-paced environment.
