The Role: The Capital Markets & Accounting Advisory team at Unity provides ‘end-to-end’ support for companies on their transaction and IPO journeys. This includes IFRS & US GAAP, Regulatory and exchange rules and regulations, carve-out and pro forma reporting, deal structuring and PMO, internal controls (including SOX), and post-IPO public company advice and support. This is a hands-on role. You will own key workstreams across readiness, execution, and post-transaction support.
