Company: Marsh Risk Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Corporate & Commercial team at Marsh. This role will be based in Hobart . This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. Senior Account Executive – Corporate & Commercial We will count on you to: Maintain and grow personal relationships and a book of business, contributing to team sales targets. Conduct research and analyse personal accounts and core team accounts to understand business needs. Utilise risk expertise and knowledge of the industry and insurance market to review clients' exposures and loss experience and develop solutions. Execute renewal/placement strategies in collaboration with the Placement, Advisory, and Client Executive teams. Assist in presentations to prospective clients and develop innovative solutions to gain new clients. Identify expansion opportunities for personal and team accounts, leveraging an advanced understanding of internal service and product offerings.
