What you’ll do: Supports and demonstrates Family Centered Care principles when interacting with patients and their families and with co-workers. - Under the supervision and direction of a licensed pharmacist, the intern’s primary responsibility will be obtaining medication histories for patients admitted to St. Cloud Hospital.
