Description At Apple Montessori Schools each of our 21 Locations have a unique design and footprint, from our 3+ acre campus in Hillsborough, NJ to the dock of the NYC Ferry in Hoboken, NJ. As a Regional Facilities Coordinator/Technician at Apple Montessori Schools, you will be overseeing a portfolio of 8-10 locations and will involve the day-to-day management of all facilities needs within that portfolio. The Regional Facilities Coordinator will be the owner of these needs ensuring that all requests are prioritized accordingly and handled quickly and professionally working alongside of the school leadership team. Region: East Windsor, Shrewsbury, Hillsborough, Edison, Metuchen, Warren, Westfield, Princeton, Mount Laurel, NJ and soon to come PA. Some of the Regional Facilities Technician duties and responsibilities will include: - Identify and repair minor building issues throughout network - Perform maintenance tasks on building equipment and throughout property - Organize and maintain facility storage. - Organize proposals and facilitate contracts for 3rd party maintenance and capital improvement projects as needed. - Triage maintenance tasks to determine associated timelines, co...
