Local Peoples is taking expressions of interest for Project and Delivery Managers in the ACT who are interested in working as an embedded team member with our Government clients in both contract and ongoing roles. Required Skills And Experience. - Project and or Delivery Manager with 5+ years of experience working within Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum and SAFe - Experience managing discoveries, co-design activities (workshops, interviews etc), process modelling, journey mapping, user stories, management of requirements within a product backlog. - Identifying business needs and making sure they are fully captured by planning, defining, and managing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional and technical requirements. - Conducting business discovery and co-design workshops, interviews, and meetings with internal and external stakeholders/working groups. - Recommend effective business and ICT changes - Extensive experience and highly developed skills in performing analysis of systems and business processes, process mapping, user stories, use cases, data migration source-to-target mapping, specifications, and wireframes. - A strong eye for detail and excellent data presen...
