The Network Engineer provides day-to-day technical support to employees for network infrastructure and internal desktop systems software and hardware. Installs, configures, and troubleshoots desktop systems, workstations, servers, and network issues in a heterogeneous environment. Maintains passwords, data integrity, and file system security for the desktop environment. Reporting to the Director of Infrastructure, the Network Engineer will provide technical support for all network operations, including design, implementation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of the organization’s network environment. This individual will work closely with global IT teams, Cybersecurity, and Business Applications to deliver a secure, resilient, and modern digital workplace aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
