Property Manager (USN Experience Required)

Job description

This position is established in support of PMA-201, and your duties will include assisting the Product Support Manager (PSM) and Assistant Program Manager for Logistics (APML) with the accountability and record keeping of Operating Material and Supplies (OM&S). This position will be located at Naval Air Station Patuxent River, Maryland. Responsibilities: - Conduct proper management and accountability of property upon receipt, delivery and acceptance. - Develops physical inventory plans to satisfy accountability and audit requirements as directed by DoD Instruction 5000.64 Accountability and Management Equipment and Other Accountable Property. - Oversee physical inventory schedules, ensure protocols are followed, and requirements are met to ensure 100 percent of accountable property is inventoried annually. Assists inventory teams with inventory procedures and assist with resolving issues - Reports status of inventories to NAVAIR Command Property Office team via SECNAV 5200-4. - Performs property tasking via many Navy-Enterprise Resource Planning System roles including Warehouse Supervision, Warehouse Operations, Inventory and Warehouse display, Project Manager, and Project Reportin...
