Working Hours/Days Work schedule is 7:00am-3:30pm Monday – Friday, overtime and Saturdays as required Overview: This job is for that person who is outgoing, customer focused, detailed. Does not mind working on a computer 90% of their shift. Their shift will be to create a solution style selling environment for our customers and become their trusted guide in the construction business. Basic Duties: Primary responsibilities include the following for the Parts Department: - Look up part numbers online, match by serial # or model # may have to look up customer machine on an existing account or through a parts book or microfiche. - Assist with customer parts counter sales processing and customer questions. - Complete required paperwork and computer data entry. - Take payments for orders and account payments. - Other duties as assigned Qualifications: - Must be a self-starter with good time management, planning, and organizational skills with a commitment to detail. - Previous parts counter or shop experience for a heavy construction equipment or auto shop dealer a plus. - Must have a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills. - Strong trouble shooting skills and interactio...
