Summary: The Regional Facilities Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the effective delivery and ongoing management of Facilities Management services across Mezzino. This home-based role, involving regular travel (to properties under your remit), encompasses responsibility for maintaining a safe, clean, and well-functioning estate, overseeing planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring statutory compliance—particularly in Health & Safety—and managing both in-house teams and external FM contracts. The Regional Facilities Manager is also actively involved in tender processes, budget oversight, and service performance monitoring, driving continuous improvement and delivering value for money across all facilities-related operations. Strong communication, attention to detail, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset are essential for success in this role.
