Staff Software Engineer, Merchant Activity and Data Engineering

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience programming in C++, Java, Python, Kotlin or Go. - 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products. - 3 years of experience with software design and architecture. - Experience with data processing or data analytics. Preferred qualifications: - Experience in common programming languages, such as Python, C++, Go, and SQL. - Experience in fostering collaboration and building cross-functional synergy without relying on formal reporting structures. - Experience in executive-level communication, delivering concise and impactful updates to executive leadership, including VPs and Directors. - Experience performing comprehensive, self-directed research as an individual contributor within fast-paced, complex environments. - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to resolve conflicts of interest autonomously to achieve meaningful results.
