Job description

Job Title: Route Driver Qualifications/Requirements: - Adhere to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s). - Follow all company safety rules and policies. - Operate company-owned or leased trucks over 4 tons to support shipping and receiving operations. - Transport, pick up, and relocate creamery products and materials as assigned. - Conduct pre-, during-, and post-operation vehicle inspections and complete all required maintenance reports. - Deliver exceptional customer service during all pickup and delivery activities. - Maintain all certifications required by the Department of Transportation (DOT), OSHA, and company safety programs. - Preserve and protect all company property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition. - Accurately complete all required documentation for bookkeeping and inventory tracking. - Perform additional duties as assigned to support and enhance team operations. - Maintain a professional personal appearance that positively represents the company. - Treat colleagues, customers, and partners with respect and dignity at all times. - Communicate opportunities for improvement to leadership, recognizing that growth and change are ongoing processes. - Valid Clas...
