Supports core inventory functions with a focus on managing returns, loaners, and virtual inventory adjustments. Ensures timely and accurate processing of returned products, performs system transactions, and assists in field audits. Provides support to Sales representatives in returning surgical sets, meeting instruments, and other sales aides, and verifies the accuracy of consignment and field inventory accounts. Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities: Perform daily RGA processing, coordinating with Sales and internal teams to ensure timely handling, accurate documentation, and proper restocking of returned products. Handle return discrepancies by investigating variances, resolving issues with Sales, and ensuring accurate restocking and complete inventory reconciliation.
