Job Summary: We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager that will support the Property Manager in the efficient operation of a senior affordable housing community. This role involves managing daily administrative tasks, assisting residents, and ensuring compliance with housing regulations, including HUD, LIHTC, and Section 8 programs.
