Description Purpose of Position: The Logistics Manager is responsible for managing, developing and coordinating all warehouse, shipping, and logistics operations for all facilities. This role ensures that shipping schedules, inventory movements, and distribution activities are executed in alignment with operational plans and customer expectations. This position provides leadership and direction to logistics and warehouse teams, monitors operational performance, addresses challenges in real time, and ensures alignment between production output and customer delivery requirements. The Logistics Manager plays a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting employee development, and driving operational efficiency within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
