Description VETERANS ENCOURAGED TO APPLY: Lonestar Electric Supply and its subsidiaries are looking for an experienced Wire Room Supervisor who will manage warehouse wire room associates and ensure that all activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and profitably. They will also drive and promote our passion to MAKE IT HAPPEN! Responsibilities: Requirements: - Oversees the daily workflow of the wire room within the warehouse; schedules and organizes staff to ensure proper staffing of all shifts. - Responsible for ensuring safety is first and safety policies and procedures are followed. - Hires and trains new wire room employees. - Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy. - Ensures efficient wire room operations through collaboration and coordination with other departments. - Completes all required management reports. - Executes maintenance activities when needed. - Researches, identifies, and presents new ideas to improve wire room and warehouse operations. - Attends and participates in regularly scheduled and impromptu meetings. - Resolve discrepancies with shipping, invoices, packing slips, and receiver reports. - Ensu...
