JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our Finance team. The Senior Accountant oversees the general accounting functions, provides monthly financial analysis and reports to leadership and ministry/department heads, leads the capital requisition process, and guides the annual audit process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, preferably with a CPA designation and knowledge of tax regulations. A demonstrated ability to improve processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness is essential.
