Learning and Organizational Development Analyst The Analyst – Learning and Organizational Development is responsible for the administration and optimization of the Learning Management System (LMS), managing performance review processes, and overseeing data management related to learning and development initiatives. The Analyst collaborates closely with the Learning & Organizational Development Director to ensure seamless execution of learning programs, maintain accurate training records, and provide actionable insights through reporting and analysis.
