SUMMARY: The production deboning worker prepares meat products for packaging and sale. Typical job responsibilities may include carcass processing, grinding meats to create various products, slicing meat cuts for further processing, transporting carcasses to chillers and freezers, packaging meat for sale, and ensuring health and safety standards are met. The work environment is steady, repetitive in motion, and fast-paced. YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 18 TO WORK AT TRIUMPH FOODS. Triumph Foods only employs individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
