Facility Cape Fear Valley Medical Center Location: Fayetteville, North Carolina Department: Human Resources Job Family: Professional Work Shift: Days (United States of America) Summary: Partners with HR Management and staff to analyze work process design and flow, improve processes and enhance HR functionality. Design, develop, and implement new or enhanced business processes in support of new or enhanced HR information technology, specifically with Workday, Precheck, Cisive, Evercheck or any other software system utilized by HR. Identifies opportunities for business process improvement and initiates projects to make improvements with or without deploying information technology. Prepares reports on metrics, data summaries, changes, trends, and strategies for use by management. Serves as technical point-of-contact for assigned functional area and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities and resolving break/fix issues.
