Reimagine What’s Possible: We are seeking a Global Safety Manager for Membrane Solutions, accountable for driving world-class safety performance across a global manufacturing footprint. This role is located at our St. Louis, MO manufacturing facility. In this role, you will lead global safety strategy and execution, providing safety leadership and oversight for approximately 400–500 employees across four locations worldwide, with accountability for meeting and exceeding safety performance targets. Membrane Solutions is growing rapidly, including additional manufacturing facilities in our St. Louis location. As a result, our safety program must be robust, scalable, and well-suited for a dynamic growth environment and ongoing workforce expansion.
