We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our Racquet Program as a Racquet Sports Professional. As a Racquet Sports Professional, you will play a crucial role in providing personalized service and an exceptional experience to our members and guests both on and off the court. Your responsibilities include executing well-planned events, teaching lessons and clinics, supporting junior sports programs, and contributing to the overall success of the tennis and pickleball program. Key Responsibilities: On Court: - Assist in teaching lessons and clinics for men, women, and juniors. - Contribute to tennis camp lessons during the summer and holiday seasons. - Plan, supervise, and run tennis and pickleball events. - Analyze play in practice, matches, and leagues to aid in the coaching process. - Utilize video and other teaching aids to enhance instruction. - Stay updated on teaching methods, styles, racquets, balls, and court trends.
