Job Description The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator role is important to us and an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career. You will work in our central Marketing Communications team to help build audiences (automated from Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud) and execute marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will be responsible for analysing data to track campaign performance and recommending improvements, so familiarity with data and Salesforce products is essential. Our work with Marketing Cloud is at a mature stage, but there is still plenty more to come. In this role, you'll have a a big opportunity to make a real impact and help shape our marketing efforts. In-person collaboration is very important to us. This is an office-based role, working Monday to Friday from our Radius Campus head office in Crewe, Cheshire.
