Job description

Description Within the Services Department, the Coordinator – leads the strategic development of the MAPs services statewide as well as the coordination of the seasonal recreation camp services. This position requires formulating priorities and fostering a work environment consistent with the Easter Seals vision and mission, as well as the growth of the MAPs services across the state in a manner that is responsive to customer need and desire. This position is responsible for extensive traveling across the state of Tennessee several days per week. This position supervises the MAPs Leads as well as Camp Counselors. Lastly, this position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and carrying out the seasonal Recreation Camp services.
