Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Education, Learning Science, or equivalent practical experience. - 4 years of experience as an instructor, in curriculum development, or as a professional educator in K12 or higher education. - Experience working with cross-functional teams and business leadership stakeholders. - Experience with instructional design or learning science principles and processes. Preferred qualifications: - PhD in Education, Learning Science, Neuroscience, Cognitive Science, or a related field. - 6 years of experience applying learning theory, with experience as an educator or tutor. - Experience conducting original learning science research (e.g., literature reviews, logs analysis, RCTs). - Experience working with partners (e.g., school districts) to launch research studies on technology's impact. - Experience designing evaluation frameworks for tool quality or learning impact. - Experience building or advising on education technology products leveraging Generative AI (GenAI).
