The Program Coordinator will work with leadership and teams, and affiliated staff to facilitate effective, efficient, and consistent service. This position oversees injury‑prevention strategies, assessment, treatment, rehabilitation, and appropriate referral for players' sports medical conditions. Guides programs that assist patients in reaching their maximum performance and level of functioning. Participates in operational aspects of the program, maintains performance improvement activities within the program. This position is responsible for establishing standards, gaining synergy with affiliated staff within the program, and program performance reporting.
