Lead complex, mission-critical cross-team projects, partner with engineering teams for automation initiatives, and drive the evolution of operations tools and applications. Analyze large data sets to provide actionable insights, establish forecast models, and ensure data accuracy across multiple sources. Identify and mitigate business risks, ensure compliance with financial reporting mechanisms, and manage escalations of complex billing issues.
