Responsibilities: Your Role: The Research and Development Engineer will lead in the design, development, and commercialization of new products, processes, and materials. This role will have the opportunity to influence the business by transforming your own creative ideas into new products or processes for manufacturing extrusion. The R&D Engineer will enjoy providing equipment, process, and materials related technical expertise to the business, while supporting and influencing product sustainability projects.
