Position Overview: The Learning & Development Specialist plays a key role in building employee competencies through the design, delivery, and continuous enhancement of training programs. This position is responsible for developing engaging learning content, facilitating instructor-led sessions, owning onboarding initiatives, and supporting LMS and learning operations to deliver impactful learning experiences across the organization. This role is central to delivering the company’s new hire onboarding experience, Foundations , including facilitation of the multi-day onboarding program and ongoing improvement of the new hire journey. Key Responsibilities: Onboarding Program Ownership (Foundations): - Own the design, facilitation, and continuous improvement of the multi-day new hire onboarding program - Serve as the primary facilitator for core onboarding sessions (virtual and in-person) - Gather and analyze new hire feedback to improve effectiveness and engagement - Ensure onboarding content aligns with company values, compliance requirements, and role readiness Content Development: - Design and develop learning materials (eLearning, job aids,...
