Description Inside Sales Support: Elkridge, MD: Description: JOB DESCRIPTION: TITLE: Inside Sales Support: DEPARTMENT: Sales: REPORTS TO: Director of Sales: Position Summary: The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for supporting the outside sales team. Daily close collaboration with the outside sales team to support customers, problem solve and collectively service the customer and grow sales. This includes but not limited to: Accurate order entry, providing product knowledge/descriptions, timely problem resolution, pleasant, friendly and professional interactions with all customers. Key Responsibilities: Sales Responsibilities: - Support outside sales reps with customer outreach directed by AM as needed as well as vacation coverage. - Proactively identify opportunities to grow sales with existing customers through uncaptured product sales, competitive strategic analysis, menu evaluation. - Continued product education, new or existing products. - Understanding the nuts and bolts of yields, sizing and pricing on finfish. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability, correct spec and timely delivery. - Communicates regularly with the purchasing team on lar...
