Primary responsibilities include ordering parts and supplies, maintaining inventory control, conducting parts/inventory audits, and managing shipping, receiving, and warehousing activities. The role involves ensuring the safe keeping of inventory, equipment, supplies, and materials in compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations. The Parts Clerk II promotes a safe and clean work environment. Additionally, the Parts Clerk II utilizes various maintenance management software such as Fleetwatch, Tallyfy, and Fleetio to support with the daily administration and recordkeeping of parts purchase orders, inventory stock, and daily fleet tasks.
