SUMMARY: This role will be responsible for maintaining production equipment, site facilities and assets. This role will perform as the primary support for troubleshooting and resolving issues with complex equipment applications for production purposes. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: - Perform in the preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of Mechanical / Electrical / Hydraulic / Pneumatic / Building Maintenance issues in a timely fashion - Provide support for production and production equipment to reach optimum capabilities - Adhere to company safety policies and procedures - Establish a root cause analysis on any equipment failures - Perform adjustments and/or make corrections on equipment to reach optimum capabilities - Knowledge of mechanical theory including bearings, gears, torque limiters, clutches, electromagnetic brakes and various gearbox assemblies. - Knowledge of conveyer belt lacing including the use of lacers and tools associated with correct installation and proper tracking of various belts. - Knowledge of various hot and cold glue application systems, various material handling equipment, automation and control components. - Experience in identifying power requirements...
