Job Title: Senior Director, Business Development & Capture Clearance Required: Ability to Obtain Secret Clearance Work Location: Hybrid: Vienna, VA We are seeking a strategic Senior Director, Business Development & Capture, to drive new business development, specifically targeting new accounts and sectors within the DoD (experience with Army clients is a plus). The ideal candidate will possess a bias toward action and a strong background in identifying, qualifying, and capturing opportunities, coupled with a capability to explain how technological products and solutions can address potential customer’s needs. In addition, this individual will manage Alpha Omega’s Mentor Protégé and Joint Venture relationships. The primary goal is to foster business development, strengthen supply chains, and win federal contracts set aside for small businesses.
