Overview The Director of Operations for Hospital-Based Physician Services provides System-wide leadership for hospital-based physician service lines across all 5 Northside hospitals and facilities within the health system. This role is responsible for standardizing operations, driving performance consistency, and advancing strategic initiatives across all assigned hospital-based services. The Director partners closely with system executives, hospital administrators, physician leaders, and operational teams to ensure high-quality, efficient, and financially sustainable care delivery across the system.
