The Global Talent Assessment Specialist is responsible for supporting the delivery of our EverGreen ambitions through the design, development and management of our global assessment portfolio, identifying winning talent and strengthening leadership effectiveness in line with our global Talent Management Strategy. Your responsibilities would include: - implementing, deploying and managing the portfolio of assessment tools (e.g. Insights Discovery, 360 feedback, Management Team/Senior Manager Development Centres) to evaluate, develop and strengthen individual and team performance - partnering with and managing vendors to ensure quality assurance of delivery and adherence to SLAs and KPIs, as well as partnering w...
