Job description

We are looking for a talented Occupational Therapist for the school year. We are hiring an Occupational Therapist that will be supporting regionally within the district. Most of the therapists at this district work 8-4 (45 min lunch included). This position will be Pre-K through High School. Rate Range : $45.00-$64.00 per hour Responsibilities would include: - Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students’ motor, sensory, and functional needs. - Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and therapy plans to support student independence and learning. - Provide direct occupational therapy services to enhance fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and classroom participation. - Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education teams to integrate therapy strategies into the learning environment. - Recommend and implement adaptive equipment, assistive technology, and classroom modifications as needed. - Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with Colorado Department of Education (CDE) regulations and IDEA guidelines. - Participate in IEP meetings, student evaluations, and multidisciplinary team discussions. - Provide...
