This position is headquartered in the Levy County Health Department. This position is the coordinator for all operational and data collection for School Health in Levy/Dixie/Gilchrist. This position is responsible for meeting all programmatic outcomes for the School Health Programs. The School Health program specializes in Child and Adolescent assessment and development of plans of care in the school settings for all public schools. The school health program is also responsible in assisting with the development and presenting prevention programs, and lectures on wellness.
