Job Description Centralized Marketing & Leasing Intern: The Centralized Marketing & Leasing Intern will assist the local Athens Property Management Team & Central Services Team in on property marketing & leasing activities, as well as centralized services lead follow-up for a portfolio of assets. Reports to: The Mark Athens Community Manager & Associate Vice President – Centralized Services Direct Reports: None: Travel: 10%: Duties/Responsibilities: The duties listed below are an outline of the role’s responsibilities and should not be considered an all-inclusive list. As the needs of the organization change, these duties may be modified as needed. Management Services Interns will learn about: - Landmark processes and procedures as they relate to on property marketing & leasing activities. - Practical experience in working in a team environment conducting day to day property tours, resident event planning & execution. - Learn the life cycle of a prospective resident and tracking of lead through the sales funnel.
