Business Development Manager – Projects Foster Plumbing, a Crete United Company , is a trusted commercial plumbing contractor serving the Denver metro area. We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive new plumbing construction revenue across small projects and commercial construction opportunities. This is a true hunter role, focused on building new relationships, developing a healthy project pipeline, and partnering closely with operations to deliver profitable plumbing work. What You’ll Do: - Identify, pursue, and close new plumbing project opportunities - Target general contractors, developers, and owners focused on commercial construction - Own the full sales cycle - from prospecting and discovery through proposal and close - Lead customer discovery conversations to understand plumbing scope, schedule, and budget - Partner with operations to develop competitive plumbing proposals for projects - Build and manage a qualified pipeline with accurate forecasting - Maintain Salesforce (CRM) as the single source of truth - Negotiate pricing, scope, and contract terms aligned with Foster Plumbing’s plumbing capabilities - Represent Foster Plumbing and Crete Un...
