Job description

Application Development Lead (State Street Bank and Trust Company; Boston, Massachusetts): Will serve as senior lead across multiple front office project and data delivery initiatives, working on new technologies and innovative solutions for the business. Duties include analyze design and develop software applications to support Company; control and/or provide solutions to single and/or multiple organizations, with minimal management guidance; provide technical expertise in analyzing, designing, estimating, and developing software applications to project schedule; provide technical subject matter expertise in reviewing, analyzing, and resolving complex issues. Will be responsible for resolution, communication, and escalation of critical technical issues. Will prepare user and systems documentation as needed, identify and recommend Industry best practices, and manage other more junior application developers. Hybrid-remote telecommuting permitted pursuant to company policy.
