This role is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and works under the direction of the Community Manager. Key Responsibilities: Clean and maintain common areas, hallways, laundry rooms, and grounds Perform routine tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash pickup Assist with seasonal duties including snow removal and grounds care Ensure service vendors complete work as scheduled Assist with unit turns to prepare apartments.
