Let’s shoot for the stars: As Operations Manager for our property in Munich, you will own and shape the end-to-end operational performance. This is a highly versatile, hands-on role for a strong generalist who enjoys being close to the business, spending significant time on-site and acting as a trusted local face of Limehome. How you’ll be hosting with heart: Operational ownership : Ensure smooth daily operations by closely coordinating local teams, service providers, and property managers. Local representation : Serve as a local representative of Limehome for landlords, public authorities, and external stakeholders, building trust and credibility and resolving escalations when needed. Supplier & partner management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key service providers (cleaning, laundry, maintenance, etc.), ensuring service quality, reliability, and continuous improvement. Process excellence : Ensure existing operational processes and guidelines are implemented consistently, kept up to date, and continuously improved.
