Job DetailsJob Location: Corporate Office - Farmington Hills - Farmington Hills, MI 48331We are seeking qualified candidates to join our team as an HVAC Service Technician to self-perform repairs and maintenance to commercial HVAC equipment as directed. Responsibilities: Responsible for the servicing, maintenance, operation and repair of commercial HVAC systems and all associated equipment. Assist senior team members and independently installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing HVAC equipment as directed. Keep documented maintenance and/or service logs on all equipment; record, correct and report any/all faults, deficiencies and concerns. Diagnose a diverse set of service-related issues, obtain replacement parts and repair as needed. Perform all duties/assigned tasks in a safe manner and in accordance with Company policy and standards. Participate in company sponsored training opportunities to keep pace with safety regulations and the latest industry standards. Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in commercial HVAC industry.
