We are currently looking for a skilled and detail oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. This position will maintain accurate and timely processing of all accounts payable and provide support to our Accounting Department. Key Responsibilities: - Verify vendor invoices have accurate job and general ledger codes. - Enter invoices into the accounting system with correct job and general ledger codes. - Reconcile vendor statements each month, request and process any missing invoices. - Reconcile Company credit card statements monthly. - Schedule and set up vendor check runs. - Assist with month end closing. - Assist in the development of the accounting processes and procedures to ensure strong internal controls, clear audi...
