Infant Teachers support the physical, emotional, and cognitive development of children while fostering strong relationships with families and fellow educators. Teachers implement age-appropriate activities and utilize the center’s L.E.A.P.® Curriculum to encourage early exploration, sensory development, and foundational learning through play. Daily responsibilities include supporting infants’ individual routines such as feeding, diapering, comforting, and nap schedules while maintaining a clean and safe classroom environment. Infant Teachers observe and document developmental milestones, communicate regularly with families about their child’s progress, and collaborate with the center team to ensure a positive and enriching classroom experience.
