IPM Senior Manager You will be integrated into a multicultural and diverse team driven by agility and passion. In our role, we lead procurement activities for designated brands, bring new launches to life together with cross-functional teams, and support the base business to ensure service levels and financial targets are met across the product lifecycle. RESPONSIBILITIES: As IPM Senior Manager , you are responsible for managing and developing the IPM Buyer team while ensuring best-in-class procurement execution on new launches and base business activities across designated brands. The purpose of this role is to lead and be accountable for all end-to-end Procurement activities related to Innovation and Productivity initiatives, acting as the key procurement partner for Brand and Initiative leaders. You will also ensure proper implementation of the global category strategies within your scope and contribute to transversal procurement priorities such as sustainability, cost competitiveness, and risk mitigation.
